The Aloft Hotel in Mountain View is a vibrant and busy property located in the heart of Silicon Valley. The Aloft Hotel is seeking a driven and innovative Director of Sales & Marketing who is ready to to elevate this beautiful hotel. In this role, the Director of Sales & Marketing will maintain, develop, implement and maximize the business plan with effective strategies through direct sales, digital marketing and revenue management. This person will ensure effective internal and external communications with clients, potential customers, associates and ownership.
Responsible for supporting all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment. Assists the General Manager in leading the team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies. Ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations. Builds relationships with key customers.
The Aloft Mountain View is currently looking for a Lead Engineer (Maintenance). This is a full-time position that requires associates to work AM and/or PM shifts including weekends (open availability needed). This position is responsible for assisting to oversee the operation, repair and maintenance of all buildings, machinery and equipment of the property.
