This is a rare opportunity for a proven leader to shape the re-emergence of a landmark hotel, blending operational excellence with world-class guest experiences. The Director of Engineering will lead preventive maintenance programs, monitor life safety systems, utilities, capital projects, and overall facility operations to ensure the hotel is maintained in compliance with corporate/franchise standards and applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. They support asset protection, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and a safe, well-maintained environment for guests and associates.

As the Director of Operations, you would be responsible for supporting all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment. You are also responsible for assisting the General Manager in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies.
