We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Food & Beverage Director to lead our restaurant, rooftop bar, and banquet and event operations. This key leadership role will oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations while ensuring exceptional service, strong operational standards, and memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is an extraordinary hospitality leader who leads by example, inspires and develops their team, and brings strong operational and financial acumen to the role. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, creativity, energy, and a commitment to excellence.
