JOB OVERVIEW: Provides supervision and direction for all Housekeeping activities of the hotel to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained.
Our Director of Food & Beverage is a leader of the organization – responsible for being an integral driver of F&B excellence, promoting total customer satisfaction and a high level of employee morale with the bottom-line intent of business growth and success. You will oversee multiple and varied units, including but not limited to cafes, restaurants, bars, banquets and catering events, and in room dining.
JOB OVERVIEW: To serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely and manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also, to prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the lounge.
This role requires an active driver's license and frequent ability to pass motor vehicle background inspections. This role may require some or frequent lifting of guest luggage. Role responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage, performing pick-ups and drop-offs at the airport, assisting guests upon check-in and check-out and assisting with and parking as needed.
