The Audio Visual Tech is to set up, maintain and recover audio visual equipment on a daily basis. To provide efficient, effective and friendly technical support to clients, guests and property staff. The Banquet Bartender’s primary function is to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, in accordance to the law. For each event detailed on a BEO, it is the responsibility of the Banquet Bartender to requisite liquor and supplies. Bartenders may be called on to perform other banquet duties as needed.

The responsibility of the Engineering Supervisor weighs heavily towards hands-on with some administrative responsibilities. Charter Mates greet and assist members/guests while maintaining a friendly disposition and facilitating a high Horseshoe Bay Resort standard to maximize watercraft rentals and retail sales while creating and enhancing the guests’ lake experience.
Marina Dockhand is mainly responsible for the marina ship store rentals, day/gas dock and slips, jet dock, yacht club dock, watercraft valet service, safely idle-speed driving of watercraft in dock areas, assisting hut personnel and cleaning and maintaining water sport equipment, docks and slips; plus any other duties assigned by the Fleet Manager or Marina Manager. Dockhands are to greet, assist members/guests while maintaining a friendly disposition and accommodate and facilitate a high Horseshoe Bay Resort standard to maximize water craft rentals and retail sales while creating and accommodating the guests’ lake experience.
The Marina Concierge is mainly responsible for the reception area and marina ship store at Horseshoe Bay Resort Marina as well as all the Marina Hut. To greet, accommodate and facilitate a high Horseshoe Bay Resort standard guest check-in and check-out of the marina by providing friendly, efficient and accurate service. To maximize water craft bookings and maximize retail sales while creating and accommodating the guests’ lake experience.

Cap Rock Clubhouse Public Areas Attendant is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of Cap Rock Clubhouse. This person is to be hands on with the daily tasks of Outlet cleanliness to include sinks, toilets, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents, floors, and windows.
The Purchasing Clerk determines methods of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates, and affixes shipping labels on packed cartons. The clerk also receives orders as they come in, checking the packing documents and comparing to purchase orders to ensure that the items are accurate and acceptable. The clerk assists the purchasing manager with day-to-day operations of the department.

The Rental Property Supervisor assists the Rental Property Manager in administering the rentals and upkeep of privately owned condominiums. Daily communication with owners, Rental Property Manager, and other resort staff to ensure maintenance, repairs, and billing are handled in a timely manner. Ensure storage facilities are stocked and neatly organized. Assist with ensuring Monitor internet traffic, realty postings and other digital and print materials for inaccuracies about the access and usage of the condos, and report findings to Rental Property Manager.
The reservation agent is responsible for daily tasks associated with the reservation sales department. Answer incoming phone calls and convert calls into reservations in a timely and professional manner. Book all activities for all social member and guest reservations.
In addition to current daily duties, will lead and direct shift Associates in absence of Restaurant Manager and Supervisor, or as requested. Responsible for making transportation reservations for hotel guests, members, and groups. He/she will have to work closely with event managers to assist in group’s transportation needs to and from the airport as well as on and off property.
Valet/Drivers not only drive shuttles, vans, and individual vehicles on property, but are knowledgeable of the local area, Austin, and San Antonio airports. Drivers are required to assist guests with luggage and help those who need help in and out of our vehicles. Drivers must learn how to work as a team with the valet staff, and assist the front drive efforts as needed. All drivers must have extensive knowledge of the resort and be willing to run dispatch when needed.
Valet Attendants park cars, give directions, manage traffic at the front drive, assist drivers as needed, deliver luggage, and communicate well with guests and members. Valet also encounter situations where they will need to be somewhat mechanically inclined: Like repairing bikes, fixing flats, and basic vehicle upkeep. Valet personnel must understand the entire resort and give reliable information to guests. They are knowledgeable of the local area and are willing to perform a multitude of small tasks for guests…shoe shine, room deliveries etc.
