• Assistant Director of Engineering (Engineering/Maintenance)

  We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Engineering to join our team at Horseshoe Bay Resort! The ADOE has overall responsibility assisting the Director of Engineering for building & property mechanical operations to include Plant, HVAC & Refrigeration, Kitchen equipment, Laundry, Guest and Associate satisfaction and financial performance of the department.

  We are searching for an experienced Scenic Dining Yacht Captain to operate our new 80’ Destination Yacht “Lady Bird II” on Lake LBJ operating from The Marina at Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. We offer year-round cruises including Daily Scenic Cruises, Sunday Brunch Cruises, Sunset Dinner Cruises, Christmas Holiday Cruises, and Corporate and Wedding Cruises.

• Accounting - Staff Accountant (Finance/Accounting)

This person's responsibilities will include General Ledger Reconciliation, month-end closing, audits, reports, file maintenance, tax filing and assisting other areas of department as needed so proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a mind for numbers is paramount!

• Hotel / Resort Facilities Maintenance - Pool Maintenance Supervisor (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Horseshoe Bay Resort is in search of a Pool Maintenance Supervisor to maintain our beautiful pools around the property. The Pool Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the operations of the entire swimming pool complex and the overall safety of those who use the facility. Coordinates in facility programming, maintaining, and ordering supplies.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property. This person is to be hands on with the day to day operations of the Housekeeping Department at Falls Lodge.

• Spa Hair Stylist (Spa)

  Bayside Spa at Horseshoe Bay Resort is looking for a part-time Hair Stylist to join our team! The hair stylist is responsible for cutting and/or styling hair of member’s and/or guests using a combination of hair coloring, cutting, and texturing techniques.

• Stewarding Supervisor (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Horseshoe Bay Resort is in search of an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to keep our BOH operations running at the highest levels. They will assist with managing the daily kitchen utility operations and staff. Areas of responsibilities include dish room operations, night cleaning, back dock cleaning and maintenance, banquet plating and food running.

• Receiving Clerk (Operations)

  Are looking for a new opportunity in the hospitality world? We are on the hunt for a Receiving Clerk to join our Purchasing Team! The Receiving Clerk is responsible for accepting delivery of goods on behalf of the resort and in compliance with resort standards. They are also responsible for maintaining copies of Purchase Orders and ensuring all invoices are documented. They may also assist in unloading shipments and expediting delivery to proper locations, while maintaining a safe temperature for perishable items.
