The HALL Arts Hotel is an Independent Boutique Hotel in downtown Dallas. The hotel is brand new construction located in the Dallas Arts District-the largest contiguous arts district in the country and is set to open in late November . We are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Director of Food & Beverage to take the lead for the Bars, Restaurants, Banquets & Catering and much more through this stunning property. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, is highly organized and has exceptional financial acumen with a proven ability to lead and develop the F&B Management and teams.

As the Head of F&B, you will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operation across all outlets and banquets & catering, embracing responsibility for marketing , beverage menu , collaboration with the Executive Chef on food menus, brand standards development and exceptional quality throughout.

Ideally your experience and skills have been honed in Luxury Boutique Hotels and sophisticated yet casual independent restaurants with proven results in leading and improving the department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about service culture and delivering outstanding customer service. They will be driven by the pride in succeeding and the guest experience. Strong understanding of hotel F&B operational controls, budgeting, payroll and forecasting. Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong leadership and people management skills.


Hotel Director of Food & Beverage: 5 years (Required) Upscale Casual Dining: 2 years ( Required) Multiple Outlet: preferred

Experienced in developing quality experiential, casually sophisticated restaurant and bar outlets is essential
