Job Summary:

Performs functions in support of the HR Department and Executive Office.

Job Tasks:

• Provide necessary information and assistance to curators

• Assist with planning and coordination of all company events

• Prepare and distribute curator birthday and anniversary cards/invitations

• Distribute and post monthly birthdays and anniversaries

• Updating and maintaining information for bulletin boards update power point presentation and boards in the cafeteria.

• Prepare and distributes curator recognition nominee forms and assists with the entire award process as required.

• Keep track and process incentives due to eligible curators (curator referral, service incentive, etc.)

• Answer telephones, type, file, fax and photocopy information

• Distribute internal mail and forms to other department and offices

• Maintain inventory of office supplies and forms

• Submit IT request for system access such as e-mail, Infor. etc. for new hires prior to their date of hire and submit request to cancel all IT access upon termination

• Create, update, and maintain all curator files

• Monitor and follow up on all pending activities in the HRIS

• Issue pins, locker, parking pass at time of hire

• Maintain the log of issued lockers and parking passes. Conduct locker audit when necessary

• Prepare paperwork for new hire orientation

• Process invoices and credit card statements

• Order office supplies

• Compile and distribute meeting agendas and capture detailed notes

• Ensure appropriate follow-up on all outstanding items

• Complete audits initiated by corporate

• Assist Human Resources as required

• Ensure and maintain confidentiality

• Sort and distribute paychecks.

• Attend HR related functions, meetings, training, and informational seminars for the benefit of the hotel.

• Maintain cleanliness of outer office, file and storage rooms.

• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
