JOB OVERVIEW: To assure the proper distribution of employee uniforms. Keep organized records of all guest laundry and employee uniforms sent for cleaning. Keeping Crescent's high standards of quality.
REPORTS TO: Director or Housekeeping
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. The ability to fit and alter uniforms for all new employees.
2. The ability to complete minor repairs to employee and guest items.
3. The ability to issue uniforms to new employees.
4. Hang uniforms neatly maintain clean and organized work area.
5. Ensure uniforms have assigned numbers. Return uniforms to correct employees.
6. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. Such as daily and monthly inventories.
7. The ability to keep accurate records and adequate inventoried regarding each uniform on property.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Always maintain a professional appearance and manner. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to prioritize and organize work. Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy loads, and stand for long periods of time. Requires lifting and the ability to push and/or pull wheeled carts weighing up to 100 pounds. Flexibility is required in scheduling.
