DUTIES:

35 | % | Supervise maintenance crew in day to day operations |
30 | % | Maintain proper inventory levels of landscape supplies/products, participate in continuing education programs, Check irrigation system; ensure proper function |
25 | % | Inspect property landscape and ensure quality agronomic conditions |
5 | % | Budget management |
5 | % | Participate in and/or conduct company and/or department training meetings |
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 6 Years of Horticulture and Landscape Maintenance Experience
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
Structural Pest Control Commission Certification and Professional Landscape Maintenance/Horticulturist Certification, Valid Arizona Drivers License
