As the Housekeeping Manager your role is to motivate your team to deliver their best work every day to ensure our guests have a comfortable, clean and memorable stay!
What you will be doing:
Manage and direct all activities of the housekeeping and laundry department | Ensure all housekeeping activities are carried out at the highest level of service and standards | Model the behaviors and actions expected of the housekeeping and laundry team members when interacting with guests and coworkers, and when cleaning hotel rooms and public spaces | Serve as a member of the hotel management team
The ideal candidate for this position:

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills | Prior housekeeping and supervisory experience required | Demonstrated success in collaborating with multiple departments to accomplish common goals | Ability to move or lift up to 25 pounds and continuously move, bend, lift, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time.
