Rental Property Supervisor
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Rental Property Supervisor assists the Rental Property Manager in administering the rentals and upkeep of privately owned condominiums. Daily communication with owners, Rental Property Manager, and other resort staff to ensure maintenance, repairs, and billing are handled in a timely manner. Ensure storage facilities are stocked and neatly organized. Assist with ensuring Monitor internet traffic, realty postings and other digital and print materials for inaccuracies about the access and usage of the condos, and report findings to Rental Property Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Walk through of property grounds.
- Respond to all voicemails and emails before end of business.
- Review next day’s arriving reservations for accuracy.
- Walk through day of arrival units.
- Perform Owner & VIP Inspections.
- Assign upcoming reservations before arrival.
- Distribute weekly update to Manager.
- Review Property Rental sites of improper references to our facility.
- Notify manager of those advertising our facility without permission.
- Ensure Storage Facilities are neatly organized and inventory is up to date.
- Maintain Owner files for proper documentation.
- Build monthly revenue stats for owners.
- Assist contractors with signing out keys and working in units.
- Other tasks may be assigned at the discretion of the Rental Property Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum age requirement - 18 yrs.
- High school diploma or equivalent, required; college degree valued.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, web browser, database.
- Customer service and/or resort and/or property management experience preferred.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Planning, multi-tasking and strong organizational skills required.
- Flexibility, creativity, social and interpersonal skills, decision making ability, initiative and sense of urgency.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and composure under stressful situations.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
* $2000 Hiring Bonus will be paid to hourly, non-management new hires who accept an offer of employment by May 31, 2022. The first $1000 will be paid when the associate reaches 90 days employment. The remaining $1000 will be paid when the associate reaches 180 days employment.
