Crescent Hotels & Resorts is offering a unique opportunity for the right qualified individual to serve as a Sr. Director Food & Beverage Performance Marketing for our corporate offices. Working with our portfolio of restaurants and outlets (such as Spa, Golf, etc.) across the US and Canada.

We are looking for someone that has a passion for Restaurant & Outlet Marketing and can see opportunities everywhere. 

They will have the ability to research market conditions and identify opportunities, exercising the initiative to research and interpret data and weigh options to reach conclusions that will increase revenues for our restaurants and outlets.  

The person in this role will work closely with our Corporate Marketing Team, Culinary Team, On-Site team along with other corporate stakeholders, as a resource to guide the strategy and to create marketing campaigns for our restaurants and outlets across the portfolio.

LOCATION:  This role is remote eligible anywhere in the country for highly qualified candidates

TRAVEL: Travel will be expected with this position

REPORTS TO:  SVP of Integrated Marketing & Digital Solutions 


  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of Marketing Management experience within the Restaurant Industry in a multi-unit role
  • Hands-on experience with marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, Social Media / Paid Social Media, Paid Media, Email Marketing / CRM, Push Notifications, Programmatic display,  working with PR companies, 3rd party programs such as OpenTable & Yelp, understanding open source websites, community marketing, supporting Photoshoots, and multi-channel analytics tools
  • The candidate must have the ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, integrate, recommend and take actions
  • A proven track record of personal success and ambitious undertaking & entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives
  • Strong leadership and people management skills required with good motivational and collaboration emphasis; communicates change effectively and builds commitment.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Ability to manage and refine the process to address changing business needs
  • Strong initiative and self-motivated and the ability to work with little supervision
  • Advanced computer skills, including Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) would be a plus
  • A candidate having both Independent & Chain Restaurant experience would be a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing marketing objectives, via outlet-specific action plans designed to grow revenue & meet business needs while maintaining a healthy and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Create and manage marketing budgets and marketing initiatives in collaboration with our Marketing, Sales, Culinary & Operations teams.
  • Research and execute changes to a wide range of sources, such as Google My Business listings, OpenTable, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, with information such as new photos, hours of operation, specials, menus, etc.
  • Build, audit, optimize and maintain our restaurant & outlet websites and microsites
  • Manage the CRM / Email Marketing strategy targeting B2B and B2C audiences to drive revenue, develop loyal customers and convey necessary business information.
  • Collaborate with the outlet operations teams to create a social media calendar inclusive of content and advertising & monitoring performance, across the portfolio.
  • Drive and create new content and campaigns to increase revenues for our restaurants and outlets.
  • Represent Crescent Hotels & Resorts while visiting properties, ownership meetings, and industry events.
  • Provide current and accurate financial information, ad hoc reporting, and executive overview to ownership and senior management, as requested.
  • Oversee the design of marketing materials and graphics and assist with branding and conceptual concepts for implementation.
  • Bring new Corp Initiatives and partnerships to Crescent Hotels & Resorts and see initiatives from inception to roll out.
  • Will assist in transitioning new restaurants & outlets from a Marketing perspective into the Crescent Hotels & Resorts portfolio
