Description

Crescent Hotels and Resorts is seeking a highly qualified Vice President of Revenue Strategy Integrations. This role requires experience with integrations, new-builds, multi-property and multi-brand. This position can be worked remotely from within the United States. Travel is required, so proximity to an airport is essential.

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Provide leadership for the successful integration of allhotels transitioning into the portfolio
  • Closely partner with business development, senior executives, and integration leaders to develop a plan to integrate hotels in a timely, efficient manner
  • Serve as an active participant in the business diligence process, providing market and business intelligence to identify revenue opportunities
  • Work with system vendor partners to ensure timely, efficient interface connectivity
  • Build, motivate, and inspire an integration team that works closely with leaders to successfully plan and execute on integration milestones
  • Drive the pace of integration and maintain alignment with the deal rationale
  • Ensure and manage effective communications to all stakeholders

Metrics:

  • Monitor performance and manage proper hotel metrics (KPI, Index Scorecards, ).
  • Develop and ensure team alignment around key performance metrics for monitoring integration success
  • Develop and execute strategies that increase revenue and market share during the transition period ramp
  • Assess pricing strategies for ancillary offerings and total hotel
  • Effectively communicate company revenue strategy standards through property visitation, remote auditing, training, and analysis of hotel revenue performance against established goals
  • Lower distribution costs across all channels (CRO, GDS, and Third Party)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of revenue and/or yield management
  • Strong Experience with Independent Hotels and Multi-Brands.
  • Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated capability in complex environments
  • Strong business acumen with direct leadership experience in at least one senior revenue role
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience to effectively gather, analyze and utilize key data that supports proposed strategies
  • Hands-on leader with experience building and leading highly effective teams

For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $147,160-$161,400; for applicants who will be working in Colorado, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $130,000-$145,000; for applicants who will be working in Washington, the anticipated compensation range is $131,300-$146,450. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
