Job Summary

We are looking for Banquet Servers that are friendly and knowledgeable. You will be the face of our Food and Beverage and responsible for the what the guests experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Greet customers with a smile and gentile demeanor
• Serve and keep steam tables full of fresh food
• Plate presentation and drinks
• Collaborate with other servers/kitchen/bar staff to ensure all guests have a great experience
• Issue bills and accept payment

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience in food service

TABC Certified

Food Handlers Certification

Patient and friendly with excellent people skills

Good physical health and stamina

Flexibility to work shifts

Responsible and trustworthy

Excellent organizational skills as well as time management

This is a full – time non-exempt position that reports to the Restaurant management team.

Hours and days will be on a needed basis, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

The employee will be required to sit, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch at any given time and lift, move up to 25 pounds.

Must be eligible to work in USA.
