Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort
As a Outlet Supervisor at the Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and create an atmosphere where our guests can savor the good life with inspiring food and beverage. You will champion the Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort programmed by producing and serving signature Starbucks coffee drinks with hospitality and style.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assisting with training and following recipes to spec.
- Assisting manager with seasonal specials and rollouts.
- Assisting F&B manager with weekly scheduling.
- Completing requisitions and assisting F&B manager with ordering.
- Overseeing day to day operations and ensuring daily side work is completed by team members.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to use point of sale. Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds. Ability to push/and pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds.
