    Here is what you will be doing each day:

    As our Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responding to guest’s special requests, needs, problems, issues and concerns and accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business. The role includes implementing company programs and supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk to comply with SOPS and LSOPs, maximize revenues, and motivate associates to ensure an optimal level of quality service and hospitality are provided to the hotel guests.

    You have a keen eye for detail, and respect the importance that impeccable leadership is required of this role. You don’t shy away from assisting guests or your team during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity. You serve as a role model for clerks and other employees, making the work environment more efficient. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.

    For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $23.00 to $28.00 per hour. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
