1. Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet
1. Retrieves orders from storeroom. Visually checks stock received against written requisition with storeroom personnel, to ensure order is accurate. Upon delivery to the bar, re-checks items with bartender for completeness.
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers. Basic knowledge of mathematics and calculator skills to prepare mathematical calculations without error. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in order to interact with vendors and department heads.
JOB OVERVIEW: To attend to the daily functions of the Marriott Concierge Lounge and In Room Dening and to provide information and assistance to all Concierge Level guests and hotel guests as requested. The Chief Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining the maintenance operation for the exterior and interior facilities, including but not limited to life safety issues, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, HVAC, structural, finishes, landscaping and grounds, and all areas of the hotel’s physical plant. The Chief Engineer is required to adhere to Crescent and Brand Standards. Supervise the implementation of all property and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitor life safety systems and utilities and administer the department in compliance with all corporate/franchise standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and associates.
