• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  JOB OVERVIEW: Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

• Night Audit (Guest Services)

  JOB OVERVIEW: Balance room, restaurant and bar work daily. Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations.

• Bar Back (Food & Beverage)

  Upkeep of bar and support of the bar staff to ensure all guests receive a positive and memorable experience Assist bartenders and leadership team in maintaining the bars presentation and approachability for guests Stock bar(s) with alcoholic beverages including spirts, liquor, wine, beer, garnishes, and drink mixes Stock bar(s) with non-alcoholic beverages including soda, juices, and carbon dioxide at bars Stock liquor room with all supplies including liquor, beer, wine, dry goods, soda, etc Maintain cleanliness of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc Ensure all member, guest and private events/functions are set up for anticipated volume and forecasted business levels, including stocking alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and paper products Replenish paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc.) at bars Help with inventory and advise on areas that require replenishment through purchase orders Performs other duties as assigned by leadership

• Hostess / Host (PM) (Food & Beverage)

  The Host is one of the first point of contacts for members guests and staff before being seated for their dining experience. As Host, you are responsible for greeting guests, answering all incoming calls, and creating reservations for the F&B Operation(s)/ Restaurant(s). The Host, leads and has acute organizational and people skills which often in infectious and promotes positive experience from the moment anyone arrives up until their departure. Responsibilities also entail excellent service to all guests, members and staff via friendliness, professional, and organizational efficiency.

• Lounge Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Bartender is responsible for preparing alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, serving food, and providing excellent service accompanied by memorable experiences to all guests and members who visit The Source. As a Bartender, you are an extension of the brand, management team, and global food and drink program. As a result, you will be responsible for professional behavior, charisma, and positive energy to create a fun environment that drives conversation and sales.
