• Guest Service Agent (PM) (Guest Services)

  A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Guest Services / Night Audit Agent (Swing) (Guest Services)

  We are looking for a person that is outgoing, positive, patient and able to make any guest feel “at home” on the property. This person will listen to guests, help accommodate their requests, while balancing the outlets and room charges for the day. As a Full Time Swing Night Auditor, you will be expected to work two overnight shifts and three day shifts a week. Must be flexible in days and hours availibility.

Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance tasks in a manner responsive to guest satisfaction and for the preservation of Company assets in a safe, cost- effective manner. Occasionally responsible for routine custodial duties as required or assigned.
