Guest Room Attendant

As a Guest Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. JOB OVERVIEW: To clean, transport and store all china, glassware and silverware. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas and back dock.

Shuttle Driver
(Transportation)
As the Shuttle Driver you are the first and last impression of the hotel. Your customer service is very important as you provide transportation to and from the property. You must be able to have flexible availability and be able to work early morning shifts on Sundays, 3:45 start time. Other shifts are flexible based on needs of the hotel. You must have a clean driving record for 3 years previous to hire and must maintain a clear driving record during employment.

Front Office Manager

The Front Office Manager oversees the Front Office Operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with Corporate/Franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. You will manage the Front Office Team to include training, coaching and provide support. Communication with all departments is key to ensure customer satisfaction. You will resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential issues by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow and associate’s performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of service.
