• Bellperson (Guest Services)

  2. Explain all hotel facilities, their location in the hotel, hours of operation, and answer all questions about these facilities and other hotel questions.

• At Your Service Operator (Guest Services)

  The At Your Service Operator at The AC Element Symphony Park is responsible for managing the hotel's telephone operations, addressing guest requests, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. This role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction by effectively communicating and resolving inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  1. Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet

• Guest Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  For some, traveling and being away is fun; however, many travelers miss being home. Out Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

• Floor Houseperson (Housekeeping)

  JOB OVERVIEW: Assure cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas, and assist room attendants in order to maintain Crescent’s high standards of quality.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  1. Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out and settlements by type and cashier.
