This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring food is prepared consistently, efficiently, and in accordance with all health and sanitation requirements.

  The Hotel Indigo Austin Downtown – University and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin Downtown – University are seeking a highly organized, guest focused, and detail oriented Front Desk Agent. The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
