JOB OVERVIEW: Supervise the daily operations of the Club to maximize revenues and profits while attaining optimal guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Answer all incoming department calls, provide general, and specific information regarding membership,

    catering and banquet events.

  • Draft and type general correspondence, as well as perform general administrative duties such as

    responding to emails, filing, and preparing daily reports.

  • Assists Director of programming and/or programming manager with day of coordination of member

    programming..

  • Book appointments for prospective clients to show them event rooms, provide information such as room

    availability and assist in sales when possible.

  • Ensures opening and closing procedures / reports are in place for both front office and housekeeping

    departments.

  • Maintains proper established standards via inspections and walkthroughs of the club/hotel
  • Maintains constant communication with food and beverage, Engineering, Sales, housekeeping, front office

    Departments to ensure hotel areas are prepared and presentable.

  • Assist with booking hotel reservations, curating pre-arrival experience, and assigning rooms to arriving

    Hotel Guests

  • Oversee the member & Hotel guest arrival experience, to ensure seamless greeting and exceed all

    expectations

  • Cultivate and uphold integral relationships with Members based on trust and extensive knowledge of their

    individual backgrounds, preferences, and desires.

  • Assist with Mini bar inventory/ replenishing in the rooms
  • Assists with opening assignments for the housekeeping department
  • Assists with room inspections after completion of assignments.
  • Maintaining helpful and cooperative relations with members, guests, and associates.
  • Responsible for seeing that computer and office equipment are in good working condition and keeping

    supplies available.

  • Responsible for assigning account numbers for all catering events, keeping accurate billing records,

    processing of deposits, checking all banquet party sheets for accuracy before forwarding to accounting,

    processing of refunds for overpayments, and processing of check requests for outside vendors.

  • Preparation and processing of transfers, credits and debits, interfacing with accounting and clients

    as needed.

  • Comply with the Company Health and Safety processes while working on projects, initiatives, and other

    work-related duties; perform job duties in a way that will not cause danger to self or others, or violate local,

    state, federal, environmental regulations.

  • Promptly correct or report any hazard, potential hazard, or unsafe work condition to the Director of

    Engineering & Loss Prevention, and/or People & Culture; wear protective equipment when required; ensure

    work location is kept safe, clean, and organized.

  • Consistently evaluate work for efficiency, quality, alignment with the Company's service standards, and

    compliance with Company policies and procedures.

  • Seek out opportunities to enhance personal skills set relevant to job tasks.
  • Maintain current product knowledge, best practices, and skilIs needed to meet the demands of your

    position.

    EDUCATION, LICENSES, A CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in same or similar positions in the Retail, Hospitality, or Food &

    Beverage industry

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least twenty-one 21 years of age.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Bi-lingual oral, speech, and writing skills in English and Spanish or other language is an asset in this

    position but not required

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Computer Experience: proficient Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, and ideally Alice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey messages clearly and compose

    correspondence with correct and proper grammar.

  • Strong presentation skills; convey messages clearly and confidently; persuade and effect change

    positively.

  • Excellent time-management skills; prioritizing and completing assigned job tasks effectively.
  • Capable of working effectively independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong logistics skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently meet deadlines and

    produce work in a timely manner.

  • Ability to elicit and accept constructive feedback.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift,

    carry, push or pull to move objects.

    Work involves sitting most of the time; walking and standing are required only occasionally.
