Here is what you will be doing each day:
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of supervision and operations in the kitchen and kitchen staff, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards and coordinate the purchase of all food and maintain menus, maintaining approved food costs and labor costs.
Does this sound like you?
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and preferably at a hotel. You have your food manager certification. You have excellent communications and leadership skills. Your have a passion for delivering quality items and ensuring that the guest experience is a memorable one. You are flexible to work different shifts.
