ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute a cutting-edge commercial strategy that fuels revenue across all segments—rooms, meetings & events, food & beverage, and ancillary services.
• Own and optimize direct booking channels, OTA relationships, GDS strategy, and corporate partnerships.
• Lead sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy, rate optimization, and brand positioning.
• Partner with revenue management to develop dynamic pricing models and maximize yield.

Sales & Business Development

• Cultivate high-value relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and corporate clients.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships that enhance visibility and drive high-yield business.
• Create compelling, data-backed proposals to win group and corporate business.
• Oversee the negotiation and execution of high-value contracts.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

• Spearhead innovative marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
• Leverage PR, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations to amplify market presence.
• Ensure a strong, consistent brand message that resonates with our target audience.

Data & Market Intelligence

• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and internal data to identify growth opportunities.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to forecast demand, refine segmentation, and drive revenue strategy.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to ownership and key stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• A visionary commercial leader with 8+ years of experience in hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar revenue growth in the luxury or lifestyle hotel sector.
• A strategic thinker with deep expertise in distribution channels, pricing strategies, and brand positioning.
• A dynamic leader who inspires teams, fosters collaboration, and drives accountability.
• A results-driven negotiator with strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Highly adaptable, analytical, and innovative in an ever-evolving market landscape.
