This role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction by effectively communicating and resolving inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  1. Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  1. Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out and settlements by type and cashier.

• Server - Special Events (Catering/Banquet)

  JOB OVERVIEW: Greet and serve the guests according to standards.
