Sales and Catering Administrative Assistant

What you will be doing: You will be a key member of our team, supporting the General Manager, People & Culture, and Sales leadership. You will also help to ensure positive, effective communication between leadership and all operations departments.

What you should bring to the table: A passion for excellent guest service, a high energy level, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. You should also have a welcoming and professional demeanor, excellent telephone etiquette, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

When you will be working: While your schedule will be primarily during office hours, there may be times when you will be needed for nights or weekends.

Qualifications

Previous guest/customer service experience (any industry) is required. Hotel experience is a definite plus!
