Fitness Instructor

We are seeking passionate, experienced, and dynamic Group Fitness Instructors to join our wellness team. In this role, you will lead engaging and high-energy fitness classes designed to inspire our members and help them achieve their wellness goals. You will be working with a diverse community of creative professionals who value physical and mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and instruct group fitness classes tailored to varying levels of fitness and experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with members before, during, and after classes.
• Provide modifications and variations to meet the needs of all fitness levels.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all class participants.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to keep classes fresh and innovative.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to continuously improve class offerings and member experience.

Qualifications:

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading group fitness classes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Ability to teach a variety of class formats (e.g., HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, etc.).

Compensation:

• Class Rate: Starting at $50 per class
• Base Rate: $20.32 per hour
