Description

Required Certifications:

  • Minimum age requirement – 18+ (21+ if driving licensed Resort vehicle)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or vocational technology degree helpful.

Definition:

Provide high-level administrative support and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, greeting visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

General Duties:

  • Perform receptionist tasks by greeting visitors and answering phones.
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, typing, and copying.
  • Maintain proper levels of office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Maintain and manage correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain composure in stressful and busy peak periods; ability to problem solve.
  • Respond to email inquiries.
  • Screen and respond to phone calls and email as appropriate.
  • Maintain company records in an organized manner.
  • Handle special projects as they arise.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Employment Standards:

  • Excellent typing, grammar and spelling skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Computer literate - must be proficient using Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint; email; web browser.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with internal/external public and by telephone.
  • Comprehend reading materials; speak, read and write English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • 10-key calculator by touch.
  • Must be able to work well with numbers and calculate basic math.
  • Must be able to inspect, catalogue and organize.
  • Must have neat and professional overall appearance.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Must have the physical strength, stamina and agility to perform the assigned duties
  • Must be able to reach top drawer of four-drawer cabinet
  • Moderate lifting and carrying, 15—45 pounds
  • Must be able to bend stoop, reach and stretch repetitively
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Constant finger dexterity
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Requires problem solving abilities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and environmentally responsible work environment.
  • Must be able to interact with co-workers and have a sense of TEAM.
