The Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Crescent Hotels & Resorts’ commercial objectives for all 120 properties. This role will lead all facets of marketing, including brand strategy, digital marketing, content development, B2B and B2C engagement, public relations / communications, and performance marketing. The SVP will collaborate closely with sales, revenue, operations, and BD team to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking, data-driven integrated marketing strategy that drives measurable revenue growth across all business segments.
- Oversee the development and evolution of Crescent Hotels and Resorts brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Align field marketing strategies with commercial goals, ensuring seamless collaboration with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams.
- Drive innovation in marketing technology, automation, and personalization to enhance customer experience and improve performance.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team of 11, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Visionary and decisive leader, dedicated to building the premier integrated marketing division within the third-party management space.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive direct bookings, brand engagement, and loyalty.
- Oversee B2B and B2C marketing strategies, ensuring tailored messaging and targeted outreach to maximize conversions.
- Partner with BI and data teams to establish marketing analytics, reporting frameworks, and performance KPIs.
- Ensure alignment with property-level marketing initiatives, providing strategic support and resources to drive local success.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee paid media strategy, digital acquisition, social media, SEO, and email marketing to maximize return on investment.
- Optimize Crescent’s digital ecosystem, including website strategy, content development, and CRM.
- Drive personalization strategies through data and AI to enhance guest engagement and conversion rates.
- Partner with technology and BI teams to leverage first-party data for targeted marketing initiatives.
Revenue & Commercial Partnership
- Align marketing initiatives with revenue management strategies to drive optimal pricing, segmentation, and demand generation.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to develop lead generation, prospecting, and account-based marketing strategies.
- Develop marketing tools and training programs that equip DOSMs, Marketing Managers, VPs of Sales, and Revenue leaders with the resources needed to maximize impact.
Public Relations & Communications
- Oversee PR strategy and crisis communication efforts, ensuring brand reputation is protected and enhanced.
- Build and foster strong media and influencer relationships to maximize brand exposure and earned media opportunities.
- Lead internal and external communications to ensure clear, compelling storytelling that supports Crescent’s commercial goals.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong background in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands required.
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing functions, with expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, performance marketing, and CRM.
- Strong understanding of commercial strategies, including revenue management, sales, and distribution.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with marketing technology, automation platforms, and AI-driven personalization.
