Pay Rate: $22.00 Per Hour Based on Experience.

What You'll Do:

-Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

-Provide leadership and direction for housekeeping and laundry activities for the resort, ensuring high standards of cleanliness for both the guest rooms, casitas and public areas.

-Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, repairs and orderliness. May also clean rooms and public areas base on occupancy and staffing.

-Train, motivate, and coach staff members with a friendly and nurturing style.

-Maintain a regularly scheduled cleaning program.

-Submit work orders to maintenance department.

-Ensure that operational and safety procedures are followed

-Maintain cleaning supplies and linen inventories.

-Update room status’ in the computer.

-Ensure housekeeping requests from guests or management are responded to in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.

What We're Looking For:

-Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.

-Strong leadership and communication skills.

-Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
