Sales Coordinator

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator in the hospitality industry supports the sales team in driving revenue by managing client relationships, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth execution of events, group reservations, and corporate accounts. This role acts as a bridge between clients and internal departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and client communications
  • Coordinate group bookings, meetings, events, and room reservations
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales presentations for clients
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records (CRM systems)
  • Respond to inquiries from corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
  • Liaise with departments such as front office, housekeeping, and catering to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and assist in forecasting
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups for group bookings
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management or CRM software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
