Description

A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Job Summary

We are looking for a person that is outgoing, positive, patient and able to make any guest feel “at home” on the property. This person will assist with transporting luggage, listening to guests and helping to accommodate their requests.

Responsibilities

  • Greets all guests with a smile making them feel welcome.
  • Administer check ins and check outs in an efficient and methodical manner.
  • Listen and take direction.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Keep work area organized and clean.
  • Make recommendations of “Things To Do”.
  • Help make reservations, appointments, tee times.

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience as a Hotel Guest Service Agent required

Opera experience preferred

Organized

Team Oriented

Time Management is a must.

Part -Time and Full-Time positions available that reports to the Guest Services Manager.

Hours and days will be need to be flexible, including overnight, weekends and holidays.

Clean driving record, as employee may have to transport guests via van or cart.

The employee will be required to sit, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl at any given time and lift, move up to 25 pounds.

Must be eligible to work in USA.

Pay is based on experience. $15 to $17 per hour.
