This hands-on leader will oversee banquet setup, service, and breakdown while ensuring events are executed accurately according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), client expectations, and hotel service standards. The ideal candidate has previous banquet leadership experience within a full-service, upscale, or luxury hotel, along with strong knowledge of banquet operations, service standards, BEOs, staffing, labor management, and event execution. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
