What You’ll Be Doing

• Directing and owning all daily housekeeping operations across our stunning Residences portfolio.
• Leading, training, and inspiring a team of supervisors and housekeeping all-stars.
• Making sure every condo, Signature Residence, and public space sparkles to resort standards — no exceptions.
• Rolling up your sleeves for hands-on inspections of guest accommodations, public areas, and VIP residences.
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and labor productivity like a well-oiled machine.
• Partnering closely with Front Office and Maintenance to keep every residence guest-ready and on time.
• Keeping inventory stocked and organized — linens, supplies, amenities, all of it.
• Building smarter systems and procedures that elevate the guest experience.
• Handling payroll, reporting, and the administrative side of running a tight ship.
• Turning guest concerns into guest delight through fast, gracious service recovery.
• Championing safety, sanitation, and company policy at every turn.
• Cultivating a culture of accountability, positivity, and pride in a job well done.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven housekeeping management experience in a hotel, resort, condominium, or luxury hospitality setting.
• Natural leadership instincts and a knack for developing great teams.
• The ability to juggle a dozen priorities without breaking a sweat.
• An eagle eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
• Know-how in scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and reporting.
• Top-notch communication and people skills.
• Comfort with property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays — resort life doesn’t take days off, and neither does the fun.
• A polished, professional presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a big plus.
