Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices. Good memory to manage multiple orders simultaneously and recall faces, names, and preferences of frequent patrons. Ability to serve customers quickly, efficiently, and kindly. Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 30 lbs.. Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 100 lbs. Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions in hotel systems and equipment. Must be willing and able to be responsive to complaints about maintenance.
