Position Overview

Your mission is to uphold the highest operational standards across all departments. You will conduct and refine audits, ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and drive consistency in our luxury service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Audits & SOP Compliance: Conduct thorough audits to ensure adherence to SOPs, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with department leaders to implement corrective actions.
• Standards Consistency & Excellence: Ensure seamless execution across guest-facing areas, evaluate workflows, and provide actionable feedback for quality enhancement.
• Training & Capability Building: Support departments with SOP-driven training, conduct follow-up audits, and reinforce accountability through coaching.
• Insights & Continuous Improvement: Deliver data-driven reports, identify trends, and recommend sustainable improvements to leadership.
• Operational Alignment: Collaborate with Guest Experience teams to translate feedback into operational improvements without managing surveys or service recovery programs.
• Risk & Compliance Awareness: Maintain alignment with operational policies, identify risks, and track resolutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 4–6 years in hospitality operations, quality assurance, or operational excellence, with a preference for luxury environments.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with PMS and POS systems, and strong analytical capabilities.
• Core Competencies: Excellence in execution, SOP governance, process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
