• Experience leading upscale, luxury, fine-dining, private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality operations.
• A strong command of food, wine, beverage, and elevated service standards.
• Proven success developing teams, managing performance, and creating a positive, accountable workplace culture.
• Business acumen with experience in budgeting, labor management, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse membership, guest, and employee community.
• A calm, confident, hands-on leadership style—especially when the dining room is buzzing.
