• Conduct routine patrols of resort grounds, buildings, parking areas, and guest spaces.
• Maintain a welcoming, highly visible presence while supporting a safe environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, guest concerns, and security-related calls.
• Document observations, incidents, and reports with accuracy and discretion.
• Work closely with resort leadership, teammates, guests, and local emergency personnel when needed.
• Help uphold policies, protect resort assets, and support outstanding guest service at every turn.

• A strong sense of integrity, accountability, and sound judgment.
• Excellent observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• The ability to remain composed and make smart decisions in fast-moving situations.
• A service-first mindset and the confidence to engage professionally with guests and associates.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as resort operations require.
• Previous security, safety, hospitality, or emergency-response experience is a plus.
