What You’ll Do

• Patrol resort grounds, guest accommodations, recreational areas, restaurants, marina spaces, event venues, parking areas, and common areas throughout the overnight shift.
• Maintain a visible, professional presence that promotes a safe and welcoming environment.
• Monitor surveillance systems and serve as a central communication point for overnight resort operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, associate concerns, security incidents, medical emergencies, and safety hazards.
• Provide First Aid and CPR assistance when needed and coordinate with EMS, fire, and law-enforcement personnel.
• Conduct safety inspections of fire exits, lighting, alarms, and other security equipment.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and prepare clear, accurate, and timely reports.
• Maintain key-control procedures and process lost-and-found items with care and accountability.
• Complete required administrative work, including report filing and data entry.
• Enforce resort policies with sound judgment, professionalism, and genuine respect for every guest and associate.

What You Bring To The Team

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The confidence to work independently, think clearly, and make sound decisions during overnight hours.
• A self-starter’s mindset, a strong sense of integrity, and a commitment to doing the right thing—even when no one is watching.

Experience That Stands Out

• Security, law enforcement, military, emergency response, or related experience.
• Experience in hospitality, resorts, residential communities, or other large-property environments.
• A service-first approach and the ability to remain composed, courteous, and resourceful in changing situations.

What The Role Requires

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and patrol a large resort property.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing Texas Hill Country weather and temperatures.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively during emergencies.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Slip-resistant, closed-toe footwear.
