Agronomy Coordinator
Horseshoe Bay Resort – Horseshoe Bay, TX

Position Summary
The Agronomy Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Agronomy Department. This role ensures effective communication, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination of daily operations while serving as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and members.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate department schedules, meetings, and communications
- Manage calendars, appointments, and administrative support for leadership
- Assist with operational and capital budget preparation
- Process purchase orders, invoices, payroll, and expense tracking
- Maintain records including labor, equipment usage, water usage, and employee files
- Manage office supplies, equipment, uniforms, and inventory
- Maintain job descriptions and applicant tracking records
- Oversee key control and departmental documentation
- Ensure compliance with MSDS requirements and training standards
- Support performance review scheduling and HR documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative education preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, databases) and general office systems
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
- Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and office tasks
- Ability to occasionally lift to 25 lbs.
- Exposure to outdoor and maintenance environments, including noise, equipment, and varying conditions
