Description: The President of Real Estate is responsible for leading and building a fully integrated luxury real estate sales and marketing platform capable of supporting the next generation of residential and resort developments while creating long-term enterprise value for ownership.

This executive leadership role will oversee all sales operations, development sales activities, broker leadership, recruiting, marketing coordination, and platform expansion initiatives. The President will be charged with transforming Horseshoe Bay Resort Realty (HSBRR) into the premier development sales and marketing organization in the Texas Hill Country, creating scalable systems, strengthening developer relationships, increasing revenue retention, and establishing sustainable market leadership.

The position requires a visionary leader with proven expertise in luxury real estate development, brokerage operations, sales management, marketing strategy, team leadership, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Strategic Growth

  • Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision for HSBRR as a fully integrated sales and marketing platform.
  • Align brokerage, development sales, marketing, and operational functions to support current and future luxury developments.
  • Build organizational infrastructure, systems, and processes that create long-term enterprise value.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand HSBRR's development services platform and market presence.
  • Serve as a key advisor to ownership and executive leadership regarding real estate strategy, market trends, and growth initiatives.

Sales Operations & Development Management

  • Provide oversight and leadership for all HSBRR sales operations.
  • Direct sales management efforts for existing and future residential, resort, and mixed-use developments.
  • Establish sales goals, forecasting models, reporting systems, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that maximize absorption rates, revenue generation, and profitability.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in customer experience throughout the sales process.

Broker Leadership & Talent Development

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing luxury real estate professionals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.
  • Lead agent coaching, training, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.
  • Build a sustainable recruiting pipeline to support future growth and expansion.
  • Establish compensation structures, incentive programs, and career advancement opportunities that improve retention and productivity.

Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Provide oversight and coordination of transition marketing initiatives for current and future developments, including:
    • Atten Hill (in coordination with Moreland)
    • Cap Rock (marketing strategy and partner coordination to be determined)
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and market positioning.
  • Centralize marketing functions to create operational efficiencies and stronger brand alignment.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives support sales objectives and enhance the value of the HSBRR platform.

Developer & Ownership Relations

  • Strengthen relationships with existing and prospective developers.
  • Serve as the primary executive liaison for development sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Support ownership transactions and strategic real estate opportunities.
  • Identify and implement solutions that increase internal revenue retention across development projects.
  • Expand HSBRR's role as a trusted development partner throughout the Texas Hill Country region.

Operational Excellence

  • Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and reporting structures.
  • Establish operational standards that support future growth and expansion.
  • Drive efficiencies across sales, marketing, recruiting, and development operations.
  • Monitor market performance, competitive positioning, and customer trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure organizational readiness for future development opportunities.

  • Build a best-in-class brokerage and development sales organization.

Employment Standards:

Required

  • Executive leadership experience within luxury real estate, resort real estate, development sales, or brokerage management.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales organizations.
  • Experience managing residential development sales programs and large-scale real estate projects.
  • Strong expertise in sales strategy, marketing oversight, recruiting, and operational management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to create and implement scalable business systems and growth strategies.

Preferred

  • Experience within luxury resort and master-planned community environments.
  • Established relationships within the Texas luxury real estate and development community.
  • Track record of building integrated sales and marketing platforms.
  • Experience working directly with ownership groups, developers, and institutional stakeholders.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Moderate lifting and carrying, 15-20 pounds.
  • Able to bend, reach, stoop, and stretch repetitively.

  • Able to walk as a daily routine.
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time.
