Your Impact: Glamour & Guest Connection

As our Spa Hair Stylist, you will provide top-tier hair services while creating a relaxing, luxury experience for every guest in your chair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft the Look: Provide professional cuts, styling, coloring, and texturizing in accordance with spa protocols and the latest industry trends.
• Be the Expert: Educate guests on our premium products and services, actively promoting home-care programs to help them maintain their look.
• Salon Excellence: Maintain a spotless work area, upholding the highest standards of sanitation and sterilization. Handle prep work and restocking to keep the salon "resort-ready."
• Client Care: Respond to guest questions with "Texas Hospitality," providing immediate and professional solutions to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Team Synergy: Be a flexible, positive force on the team! Attend staff meetings, participate in training, and assist in other spa areas whenever needed.
• Business Savvy: Care for salon equipment and manage product usage mindfully to support cost controls while meeting retail sales goals.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Talent: At least 2 years of experience in a similar professional role. You are a "Functional Expert" who takes pride in your craft.
• The Credentials: Must hold and maintain a current State License.
• The Personality: Enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly! You love working with people and possess exceptional listening skills.
• Professionalism: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a luxury environment.
• Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods while maintaining high energy and a positive attitude.
• Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18+.
• Technical/vocational training in Cosmetology.
• Basic computer knowledge for scheduling and check-outs.
