🍽️ Your Role: The Heartbeat of The Yacht Club

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the lead executive responsible for running The Yacht Club as a premier, free-standing entity. This role requires creativity, initiative, and a true sense of urgency to ensure seamless, world-class dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities You'll Own:

  • Operations Leadership: Support and manage all daily functions for our outlets, including event accommodations and superior dining service.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, hire, train, and counsel the team, ensuring high Associate Engagement and satisfaction.
  • Guest & Member Experience: Drive the team toward achieving exceptional guest and member service results, making every visit memorable and prioritizing the member experience.
  • Planning & Logistics: Handle short- and long-term planning, including managing work schedules, supply ordering, and inventory.
  • Expert Knowledge: Utilize your deep understanding of food, beverage, wine, and spirits to elevate the service level.

What You Bring to the Table (Employment Standards):

  • Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry (Resort/supervisory experience highly valued!).
  • Beverage Acumen:Proven knowledge of wine, spirits, and current beverage trends is essential.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to be a flexible, patient, and collaborative team mentor and leader.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Savvy: Basic computer knowledge (Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel; Agilysys experience is a plus).
  • High Regard for Standards: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance and a clean, safe work environment.

Certifications Required:

  • Minimum Age: 18+ (21+ preferred if driving resort vehicles).
  • Food Handler’s Certificate and TABC Certificate.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree in hospitality is a bonus!).
  • Valid Driver’s License (preferred).
