The lake life is calling! Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a Residential Concierge to serve as the premier point of contact for our exclusive Waters Lakeside condominium guests. This isn't just a guest service role; it is a lifestyle curation position where you will craft exceptionally tailored experiences in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.

From arranging private transportation to stocking a guest’s favorite local vintage before they arrive, you are the architect of the "perfect stay."

Your Impact: Curating the Premium Experience

You will cater to our premium condominium guests and unit owners, ensuring every detail of their lakeside retreat is seamless and sophisticated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bespoke Guest Services: Arrange luxury accommodations, provide expert local dining and entertainment recommendations, and coordinate complex transportation logistics.
• Pre-Arrival Curation: Conduct pre-arrival outreach to coordinate groceries, amenity placement, and specialized requests to ensure a "home-away-from-home" feel.
• Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous unit inspections for Owners and VIP arrivals, ensuring every residence meets our uncompromising luxury standards.
• Owner Relations: Support unit owners by monitoring accounts and assisting in maximizing occupancy and revenue generation.
• Operational Oversight: Audit upcoming reservations, schedule repairs and maintenance with diligent follow-up, and manage purchase orders for unit "set-up" items.
• Brand Integrity: Monitor property rental sites for brand accuracy and protect the resort from unauthorized third-party advertising.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: Minimum of two years in rental housing, property management, or luxury resort operations.
• Technical Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning advanced Property Management and Reservation systems.
• A Detail-Oriented Mindset: Strong organizational and follow-up skills with a "sense of urgency" to resolve daily issues.
• Communication Excellence: High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to draft professional business correspondence and present information to groups.
• Versatility: A proactive team player who is willing to assist other departments to ensure overall resort success.
• Requirements: High school diploma (College degree valued); ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate lakeside properties.
