π Recreation & Member Services Coordinator
Overview
THE CLUB is seeking a highly energetic and service-oriented Recreation & Member Services Coordinator to manage and execute all recreational and member events. This role requires flexibility to handle all logistical and administrative planning, event execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure a smooth, organized, and high-quality member experience.

- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Reporting: Direct to the Member Event Manager
- Schedule: Flexibility is required, including 5 days a week as needed for event oversight, and includes weekends, holidays, and evening hours.
Essential Functions and General Duties
The Coordinator will be responsible for administering and managing the complete execution of association member functions from start to finish.
Event Planning & Execution
- Manage all logistics and administrative procedures associated with the planning, organizing, and execution of recreational events and member services initiatives.
- Coordinate event details with member groups to ensure clear communication and successful execution.
- Assist and supervise the set-up, execution, and tear-down of all events and event rental programs.
- Coordinate with outside vendors, suppliers, and internal departments (e.g., security, maintenance, culinary) to ensure flawless event execution.
- Order, track, and maintain inventory of all event supplies and equipment.
Communication & Administration
- Offer support for event teams for all club-licensed courts and manage adequate booking, along with all associated costs, liaisons, and proper staffing.
- Assist the Member Event Manager in collaboration with association issues and the culinary team.
- Support the Membership Team with various member service needs, including club assets, accounting, marketing, concierge services, and sales.
- Process vendor/supplier invoices and track budget expenses to ensure payments are accurate, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all event coordination activities and prepare post-event reports summarizing success, challenges, and recommendations.
- Support photography, reels, and meetings (recorded) social media content.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience & Education
- 1β2 years of experience and training in a similar position in the member services industry is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent typing, spelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience using video presentation production.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Lifting: Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

- Vision: Specific abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Environment: The position requires the employee to work both indoors and outdoors.
- Noise Level: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
